It’s BeLovely in Baywood

Local farm fresh veggies grilled and served on garlic focaccia bread with feta cheese and a side salad with pine nuts

Fresh off our favorite local trail run in Montaña de Oro State Park, we stopped for some lunch at the tasty new iteration of the Be Love-BeLoved Café whole foods foodie venture in Baywood.

Good call! Their Baywood Grilled Veggie Sandwich on focaccia was definitely a keeper, made more delicious because it was prepared and delivered with lots of love by owner Heather Sainsbury and whole foods expert Courtney Coleman. The BeLoved Café offers something for everyone whether you’re looking for raw, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free foods or just want to stop by for a coffee, breakfast wrap or sandwich. We look forward to another visit to the café and the original Be Love juice bar next door.
