An Empire of Cheese
An impressive spread of cheese, so to speak, by any measure. The friendly, cheesy folks at The Cheese Shop in Carmel brought to World of Pinot Noir 2011 a veritable empire of cheese. You can’t imagine the gratefulness of a committed wine taster who needs some dairy intervention when this table comes into view.
